Welcome to TE!
I would also like to have seen how high up they were. A portrait shot with just two lines of windows might have worked better?
What are they doing? Painting the window frames? It does not look very ergonomic...

Finland actually lost (twice) to the Soviet Union, not Russia, during the Second world war. And most Finns tend to make a small difference between Russia (pre Soviet), the Soviet Union, and Russia (post Soviet). The first being the least bad and the second being the worst.

Very nice composition with a lot of color. The colors are a bit too saturated for my liking (or screen), but they work well for a "postershot" like this.
To me the three red trees in the background are what makes this shot really work.

Magnificent POV and good composition. But the colors aren't quite real, are they? At least the green is a bit too bright for my liking. And that makes me doubt the sky also. The pole also changes colors a bit unexpectedly.
It would be nice with what PP was done in the photographer's note.
Regardless of my rant, this image is an eye catcher!
