I really like the view out this window because it gives one a feel both for the city and also its natural setting. I don't quite understand the composition with the window frame in the photo. There isn't enough frame to make it seem purposeful, yet it's still there. Still it is an informative photo.
Cheers

This is quite an impressive shot. The colors don't quite look real, but I'll believe you. This seems like a hikers paradise. Everything in this composition just seems to work - even the clouds highlight the shape of the land. Well done!
Sincerely,
Kate

Excellent light management in this photo. The deep colors just jump out. This is really a picture that draws on into its depths. Very nice composition. By the way, welcome to TE and I hope we see more like this.

This is an excellent post. The photo of the girl is quite compelling. She does look like she understands what she is doing and the importance of the event. It is strange to think how much can change in 20 years when there is the political will to do it. Again, great post.
Sincerely,
Kate

Very interesting POV. I like the line down to the water and the very natural seeming view to the right that is literally brought up short by the dam on the left. I like how you have displayed modern life so well.

Kate

I once lived in Suriname and this photo so reminds me of there. On a technical note, I really like how the clouds are reflected in the water. This seems like a stunning day in Sranan.

Very nice composition with the greenery framing the scene. It seems not as clear as it could be, but I'm not sure if it is because the image has been too reduced or if it is because it needs to be sharpened. Still a very pleasant summer image.
Sincerely,
Kate

Very nice colors - both in the houses and in the water. Very nice composition too with an appropriate square frame that highlights the scene.

Very nice bit of humor here. At first I thought I was clicking on someone in a serape, but no, just a forlorn tourist. Quite funny.
