Salut Christian,
Amicalement,
Mathieu

Hi Federico,
I like the dynamics of this photograph - as I look at it several details come into focus - the pedestrian in the background struggling with his cape, and of course, the fingers on the cape that gave me the clue there was a passenger on that motorbike, that the cape was not just being blown by the wind!
Also I sympathise with the bike riders... I have a motorbike myself and in the Antananarivo rainseson I wear the same cape and have to cope with the same weather!
All the best,
Mathieu

Benny,
I can't resist to comment a photograph of the Alpujarras! I grew up there and I know Bubion well - we had friends there.
I suppose we were amongst the first wave of foreigners to establish ourselves there arriving in the seventies - we left in 1983...
The dark paved street, the dark openings, contrast well with the white walls - and I like the way the chimeney gives the image verticality!
All the best,
Mathieu

Hello Benny,
A beautiful photograph! There is something of Ancient Egypt in the pose and the boat...
I like the way the pole materialises the picture's diagonal. The polebearer's stance is both powerful and almost theatrical!
All the best,
Mathieu

Hi Biswaroop,
This is a great portrait! I like the composition - an offset bust giving direction to the eyes. I like the depth and the patterns of the blurry backdrop.
The pandit looks more troubled than thoughtful perhaps...
All the best and welcome to TE,
Mathieu

Salut Bernard,
Amicalement,
Mathieu

Hi Liviu,
This photograph has an avantgarde feel to it: something expresionist perhaps?
I like the tall format, I like the texture of the ground, the immense legs and the tiny body. Alien? Yes! It could have been taken on the surface of the moon...
All the best,
Mathieu

Hello Elena,
This is beautiful graphic creation! There is a lot of poetry in the cracks and the leaves and the way light plays on them.
Perhaps there not enough dead leaves pour qu'elles "se ramassent à la pelle" though...
All the best,
Mathieu
