Hi Paulo,

A fascinating contrast that is to be seen in many modern cities.
The sharp contrast between poor and rich (or maybe poor and not so poor) is very close to each other here. It shows us that there is more to learn about the world than beautiful landscapes.

I remember the place from more sunny moments, but I’m always fascinated by the differences in atmosphere of this kind of places under different circumstances.
I like the grey atmosphere here with the last remnants of the winter.

Thanks for your encouraging words. You also have a great eye for the fascinating reflection you can find in many places. The blue is reflecting in many different tints and the red and white of the crane and its reflection give the composition a good geometric bonus.

Recently I read the Dutch translation of "Ved Vejen". Lars (who had read the book in Danish for his study) isn't a big fan of Herman Bang, but I liked the book.

Hi Emmanuel,

These beautiful series of ships reminds me my childhood when I collected picture of ships, airplanes and soccer players. The ships were often photographed with the same POV you uses here. Sometime at full sea, sometimes with land on the background.
