You certainly are a versatile photographer Korkut; always trying something new.
I like how the breaking wave cuts diagonally across the frame - a suitably dynamic composition.
Personally I'd have used a faster shutter speed to freeze the surfer, or a slower one to blur him more. At the moment he's a bit soft but not really blurred - a bit 'in-between'.
A minor niggle though, because this is a great shot nonetheless.

This is a good portrait Apratim. There's a bit of a strange halo around his head, as if you tried to darken the sky or something.
That's just clumsy PP though, and not a problem with the photo itself, and the photo is a good one.

Ben

There's potential here Justin - I like the pose of smoking girl (you're right, she does have a certain style), and I like the grainy B&W (although it could do with more contrast).
The framing lets it down though. Your shot simply needs more space in front of the smoking girl; having her crammed against the edge of the frame like that doesn't really work, IMO.
If you couldn't have moved or zoomed out any more to loosen up the framing, I'd have left phone girl out of the shot to put more space in front of smoking girl. She's the real star here after all.
Cheers,
Ben

This one jumped out at me from your gallery Frederic - I like it.
If anything I think I'd prefer more movement blur, with less detail visible in his clothes and the wall behind him.
It's very 'smooth', but that's digital for you. Try cranking up the ISO for more noise, or try adding film grain in PP (or even better, shoot film!).

Ben

This is a great shot Gert; I really like it. I saw a lot of older men dressed exactly like this when I was in Van last year, so maybe things haven't changed so much since 1972 in eastern Turkey!
Yep, it's a good shot, and I even like the slight tilt - makes him seem even more relaxed.

I was there the day before Roberto, during the protest. I don't agree with them either but there were some interesting speeches and some interesting-looking characters.
This shot is well taken, and I like the 'day after' feel. I'd prefer it without the bus though.
Cheers,
Ben
