hmmmmm.....good effort with whatever you have captured, but a different POV would have made it much better. The picture in the current POV looks suffocated. It'd have been better to use the two trunks as a frame to capture some more water and may be some light or whatever was there.

Hi Miha,

Loved this picture with three distinct layers of color. Very good depth and despite some trace of snow and the light looks amazing and place wonderful.
Beautiful clean atmosphere, POV is good too.

Hi Shilpa,

Another beautiful view. I remember driving up that road and it was breathtaking.
You should have used better contrast to bring out the mountain range in the background which otherwise looks prety blurred due to weather conditions.
But a beautiful POV.

Hi Shilpa,

Its a nice effort. Ladakh is a beautiful region but I'd say that there are a few things which could have made things better here...
1. The choice o OV s not very smart. You have taken too much of sky and have abruptly cut the green patch.
2. The picture is over exposed and over sharped.

Another lovely picture from your Ladakh trip. This picture simply shows the magnanimity of the place....so huge, so lonely and so secluded.,....but still its adventurers paradise....I know, you know what I mean here.
Amazing picture......its just perfect in whatever it communicates....

Hi Robb,

Ladakh is one of my most favourite places on this planet and I have clicked so many pictures, ofcourse none is as beautiful as this one here and which cmmunicates so much about the place. This is an absolutel wonderful picture and since I know the place very well I can actually understand it better than anyone who has no been to that place.
The B&W composition is smart and absolutely fantastic.

Lovely picture. At first glance the place looks pretty cluttered, but slowly you start to fall for this place. With lovely tree, loads of boats and bright sun this looks like a nice intersting place and I must approceiate the POV.
