hi shailendra,
nice light and colors as always from you, i was surprised how much cleaner (less humid) the air is in tokyo than taipei. sorry i missed that weekend and didn't get a chance to meet you. i did actually go to ameyoko on my last day in japan though, a great place for daytime photography for sure. still i am now more convinced than ever that tokyo really comes alive after sunset, what a place for night photography! :)...

feel your pain (broken clavicle preventing me from travelling this year) hope you're doing better. portugal should be a nice place to visit, "saving" europe for my retirement age though. going there in august though (or anywhere in europe)... what were you thinking?

nice shadow play, well arranged. i like the diagonal... the arrow makes the shot.. works for me well. good metering too... perhaps a few more pixels on top to include that third circle...

a very nice portrait, so rare on te these days... lovely tones and colors (his bracelet is especially a nice touch).. that stretched arm gives a great diagonal between his body and the sign with the telling writing.. nothing to nitpick about whatsoever..

probably my favorite in this (very successful) mini series.. a very intimate moment, the colors and the light is just out of this world.. a big bravo!

this is just top notch docu photography! great quality, beautiful colors (more like a 5d than a 350d), very sharp at this exposure, the blur works wonderfully... yet another underrated photo from you...

very underrated shot caleb (or maybe i'm speaking too early).. what a fragile old man... perhaps i bit more highlights on the faces?... you have some great images from this trip... thinking of nepal/tibet next summer too, what was your itinerary?
