This is such a funny picture. The pelican looks like a hen laying eggs. This trunk it sits on is tilted and it makes the composition even more interesting. This is a great catch.

This picture is absolutely gorgeous. I like that you are so close to the tree that it looks bigger than the sand mountain.

Deserts often bring up this minimalist aesthetics, but these colors are just fantastic.

I would love to visit Namib.

Very interesting picture. I read it differently. Black people on the poster look up proudly as they walk towards their future, but on the street a man walks looking down. Life is still hard.

That's the beauty of the picture that it invites interpretations.

There are so many parallel actions going on at this picture that they make it a wonderful document of its time. Sepia colors enhance that historic aspect of the photo. Great job.

Hi Manuel,

You are probably not looking for the answer to your question almost 5 years later, but this is in my opinion a much better shot than the other one since it caputres the messiness of these beautiful insect-like sailboats since they are all over the picture.
