I am afraid it is very far from being northernmost border crossing. It is many miles south of Polar Circle. In Finland, Norway and and Sweden there are at least 20 crossings north of Polar Circle. The one which is really THE northernmost is Polmak on Finland/Norway border on 71deg North.
