Clever idea which I think greatly enhances what would otherwise be a rather spare photo. I think I would have focused outside the window to give a better sense of depth since the landscape is more important than the frame. The contrasting angles of the car window and the horizon, however, give me vertigo....

Beautiful photo. I love the clutter, the vitality of the image. I have a few comments: I wish the point of focus were higher, focused on the people (or at least the first guy) rather than the box. I can almost smell the smoke. Had it been better focused, I probably would be able to not only smell the smoke, but hear what he is listening to. I also find it slightly overexposed. Finally, I am curious either to see more of the top, or less. It gives a feeling of being chopped off abruptly, perhaps because you wanted to include all the people but not necessarily the clutter. I kind of like the clutter and wouldn't mind seeing more in this photo because the flow is great: swerving up, to the left, and back.
I really enjoy this type of photo. Thanks for posting.

Gostei muito da foto, gostei do contraste entre o belo fim do dia, as cores na agua, e as torres fumaçando. Dá um toque de finalidade à foto. Só teria tirado os dois ou tres pontos do lado esquerdo da foto.
Obrigado.

Quite inteesting shot. I especialy like the red graffiti to focus on. I would rotate it slightly counterclockwise; makes me dizzy with the slant.
I suspect the steps lead down to a boat, which perhaps is what you were on when you took ths shot?

Beautiful, sharp, clean, wonderful light, the kind of photos I enjoy. From the attendant´s pressed and slightly wrinkled shirt to the cigarette pack in his pocket to the glowing money tray to the beautiful face of the young boy in the center the more I examine this photo the more I admire it. Not such a simple photo after all.

Hello
I like this photo, especially the way you have it framed, the man slightly to the right with the foreground bread and tea. The colors are great. HOwever, the angle seems a little jarring. You are just above him somewhere with the camera angled slightly. The result is that while he is the main object of focus, he is too far back and we have too much our eye does not care to see (the brown wood in shadow) or not in focus (the bread and tea). Had you been a little lower, the camera level, and the foreground more focused, I think this would have been a stronger photo. He has a powerful sense of presence and a strikingly beautiful face which show well in this photo and you obviously felt this. Thank you for sharing this beautiful image.

You can see the difficulty in the image, and the result is a striking photo. I can see people all the way to the horizon lost in dust. I also liked the relief of the two towering palms; without them, the photo would be desperately interminable.
Thank you.
