this is really an awesome pic. like it a lot. escpecially the composition is great and the colors too. can't remember myself that old door to enter essaouira anymore - must have somehow overlooked that place once I was there.

Hi Michael,
Wonderful picture. it remembers me on the time I had with the mountain gorillas in Bwindi last October. It was an incredible moment. A very nice silverback. he looks very strong. Good sharpness and fine colors. I'd wish to track them again in the virunga volcanos in Rwanda...

I really like that picture a lot. that rare situation got captured well. the different colors of the sand are beautyful...

hi,
i like the picture a lot. as the others already mentioned, the composition with the foreground is good. the bone is maybe a bit disturbing.
Also a very interesting note. I've been to that place during end of rainy season and there were not soo many tourists there, but I've heard it can get crowdy in the main season. Anyways I rate the place amongst my favourite places in Laos.
