There are cathedral two outer chapels on the photograph. Vasa (Waza) Chapel on the left and Sigismund's Chapel(Zygmunt Chapel) on the right. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wawel_Cathedral#Chapels_and_burial_chambers

This part of Kazimierz was the Jewish quarter since the middle ages. However during WWII the Jewish Ghetto was situated on the opposite side of Wisła (Vistula) river in Zagórze district. There is the scene in "The Schindler's List" where the Germans are forcing the Jews to move to Zagórze (the bridge scene).
