Jab, wonderful sunset and well composed. just a couple of things...
horizons should try to be level and and your lens/sensor clean (see spots above the cabin). Both of these things are fixable....

rob, welcome to trekearth! It must of bee dark - f4 @1/90!!! lighting is so important! if it was hand held - i think you did well!!! your horizon is a little tilted (i think) and perhaps the lack of clarity is caused by the fstop??? wonderful reflections, good composition - all in all - a nice shot

Lybil, in teresting point of view - a little too closely cropped for me (but thats personal taste!) I like it, more notes would help others understand your photo better....mark

hi Anne,
I like your depth of field and you struck a compromise on the exposure.
The bridge looks very ornate and ancient.
Each time i look at the photo, i want to see what activities are on the bridge - remember in your photos be a participant rather than an observer!

1/ what is my subject
2/ who can i best capture my subject
3/ how should i compose my shot?

this photo doesn't show a clear subject and isn't composed well.
keep posting, listen to the advice given and your photography will improve - mine did
