Distortion/Perspective Control

Does anyone have experience with Gimp specifically for lens distortion correction? How successful is the freeware? What alternatives do you recommend?

Hi Rosemary,

I have downloaded and used the Gimp; it is quite good in areas such as the enhancement tool for sharpening and white balance. The perspective tool is very easy to use. Just downloaded the programmes, and google for instructions on 'how to' use the specific tools, and you will get it if you follow the steps closely!
