Use of photo by third party

I would like to know that photos we upload on Trek Earth can any third party use it? One of my photo is used giving TrekEarth credit?

To the best of my knowledge posting on TE does not give a 3rd party the right to use an image even if it is attributed. You should contact the offending site and demand they remove it or pay you for the use of it.
