Great holmertz 2019-11-22 2:27

Hello Luciano,
This has certain similarities with a paella, and I think there are similar dishes everywhere, probably once originated from the use of leftovers. But it looks good and nourishing, and it's also very colourful, which is important to make a dish look appetizing. It is well photographed, but surely this was not for you alone? ;-)

it wasn't all for me, in fact I didn't even eat it, in the hotel there was excellent Italian cuisine and I preferred that ...

Wouldn't it be interesting sometimes to try the local specialties?
Italian food you can have at home every day.
