Hello Ann,
This is a fine picture which does not really need any explanation. It tells us of a drab place off the beaten track, long forgotten and just reminding us of days gone by. The colours are very nice too. I think it would be possible to add a note in retrospect by using the edit button and avoiding all apostrophes.
