Default Help for translation?

If you need help in order to translate the site in additional languages, I believe you could get help from the members.

Just let them know in the forum... :)

(Provided that you are using well-defined ressources files)

Yes, I have a language file (about 120 simple words/phrases) for each language. If anyone would care to translate a language, please let me know. That would be great if more languages could be used as this would allow more people to browse the site in their native language.

I'm especially interested in seeing TrekEarth in French. Once a language is added, it's possible to write photo titles and notes in both languages. For example, people browsing in French would see the French translation, and everyone else would see the English translation. If there is no French translation, the English translation will be displayed by default. In addition, it's possible to display location information in French. For example, "United Kingdom" would display as "Royaume Uni", Thailand would display as "Thaïlande".

Me too may help for Traditional Chinese (That is used in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), if your 120 simple words are the country names and the menu items ("Gallery", "Forum", etc.)
You can contact me by e-mail.

I don't mind translating it into Hebrew, the only problem is that in Hebrew you write, right to left.
