Lubitel 166U ! is it worth taking on travel ?

I am thinking of going to either Cambodia or Brazil very very soon, and i was wondering if the lubitel would be worth taking with me.

I have a 300D but no telephoto lense. but i like medium format also and the effects that are possible with certain films. Velvia, HP5 , and Delta from Ilford.

Is it worth taking the lubitel on my travels? would i be able to get 120mm film from those places ?
