Great jean113 2018-09-19 9:01

Hello John, three excellent pictures which really set the scene.
The details are fabulous, plus you made good use of the lady in red, once again.
It looks quite cold, but dressed for that weather, the jaunt looks exciting.

(I will never forget 'pargetting, will I?')
Thanks for your comments on my posts.
Looking forward to see more of this trip.
Regards Jean.

Default To jean113: That word again.....!

Hello Jean,

Thank you again for your kind words! Neither of us, I think, will ever forget that word but, looking in the dictionary, I see that most seem to spell it as "pargeting" with only one "t". I shall, however, continue to spell it as you did because that seems right to me!

I've already confessed to Gert so I had best confess to you too. The "lady in red" is my wife. But before we went on this trip she did, of her very own volition (and with no coercion whatsoever on my part!) go out and buy a bright red waterproof jacket to keep her warm and dry but also so she could act as an appropriate foreground prop for any suitable photographs! What a kind and thoughtful lady, isn't she?

Kind Regards,

John.
