Great abmdsudi 2018-12-16 4:03

Hi Mark
Striking bold image, I like the concept of legal street art like this - it brightens up otherwise dull and depressing buildings. I must congratulate the artists for their ideas and skills. Excellent capture, Congrats
Best regards

Default To abmdsudi: Pulling apart

Hi Abmdsudi,

Yes, the street art does brighten otherwise dull buildings, but I also think that it serves to minimize the amount of "tagging" that takes place. There is very little of the graffiti that I've seen defacing buildings, etc. in other cities. In fact, I've found alleys where those whose talents seem limited to the "artistic" rendering of their name/nickname have been given the space to express themselves with panels of the walls devoted to each person/group.

Thank you for the comment. And thank you for your amazing renderings of SE Asia. It's an area that is dear to my heart and you pull the best of the images and colors from it.

Mark
