Default "The requested page was not found at TrekEarth."

This is an issue I've been confronted with for a good little while now, and it is getting to be very annoying. When trying to display a TE page, after a few seconds the message below replaces the new page. Any attempt to reload the page brings the same message every time. I understand that others have the same issue, which has been mentioned in the forums in the past, but I have seen no improvement whatsoever and would like to know if the tech services are working on a fix. Are we all plagued equally by this problem? The site is not perfect, but in my experience this issue seems to be much more severe than any other.
Here is the message:

Exclamation performance

There are many threads about this problem, including one started by myself (http://www.trekearth.com/forums/showthread.php?t=840997). It's strange, we never have an answer saying that the tech team is trying to solve the problem. Although many people have already reported this problem, it seems that they don't care about it. Or the problem is more serious than we can imagine...
It is happening for already a considerable while!
It would be reassuring if we had an answer saying that tech team is at least trying to fix it! Instead of having, as answer, the same questions about our browser...
