and yes, the whole picture is those clouds. A friend of mine who is into skydiving tells me some clouds like that are denser than fog and have some ice particles floating .So whenever a skydiver encounters them they are advised to go around..if possible. But if not, some of the fluffiness can be felt (although cold) when passing through. Something to think of in hot summer days
