Dear Rob,

These frescoes are a bit similar to the later socialist-realist frescoes, which can open found in public buildings of the former east block countries. As always, the human presence makes the photo more interesting.

Hello Guy,
I know what you mean. The work of Rivera certainly has kinship, but he painted with more "Mexican" freedom and also has an affinity with cubism. Think for example of Léger and Malevitch.
