Great Polonaise 2006-12-11 10:53

Playing a bit with our senses of architectural ratios, Janos?
Magnificent structure, results of architects rivarly and ambitions (Bad boys those architects...Bad, bad boys!),... In your version got some extra feature - the 'inside out' colors.
Splendid idea !!!!

all the best, pal

Default To Polonaise: architects' rivalry

If you can call it an 'architects' rivalry' that this was done 1000 years before in Byzantium by the Romans (Haghia Sophia) except much better if I may say so. Turks took over that magnificent basilica and turned into a mosque and stole the idea but couldn't do it as elegantly as the Romans did.
You must have something against architects. I know, we are a much hated breed (by daftsmen, builders, tradesmen) mainly because we don't let them follow the line of least resistance.
Anyway, thank you for the appreciation and the points, PAL,
Best and God bless, Janos

Default Re: To Polonaise: architects' rivalry

How can anyone hate architects...?
Including me?
Why, on soft breasts of Artemis - should I hate architects?
You tell me, Janos?
I'll try to visit your gallery during hoiday beak, if it's possible?

all the best

In the question you have posted in FORUM, you have expressed enthusiastically 'Long live Israel!
Have you read any of my polemics upon KevRyan posted photos from Palestine?
The discussion is not finished yet - and I intend to boil the water again - I just need to calm down a little and then GO..!
