Great singuanti 2007-01-14 22:48

Hi Sam. I've always wanted to try this style more often and every time I do I never achieve anything quite like what you have here. You had good sharpness even at f/32. You did well with highlight retention and a balanced exposure. Very nice one Sam.

Default To singuanti: Lens

By the way--i don't know that i ever thanked you for your lens recommendation. The Sigma 18-200 that you recommended was absolutely wonderful, i was very pleased with it throughout the summer. There certainly was some distortion at the extremes, and i'm sure it wasn't the fastest lens i could have had, but as an all-around lens it was terrific, offering great flexibility to go from extreme zooms to wide angles in an instant and leaving me with no complaints with regards to quality.
