Hello Pavle,

The food looks very tempting but being a vegetarian, it is not possible to eat sarma. Can it be made with vegetable ?The bread looks so good. Good notes about traditions and food of Serbia.

Pozdrav.
Kod nas se pravi i posna sarma.
Kiseo kupus, krompir, sargarepa, pirinac i crni luka.
Povrce se prvo izdinsta a posle umota u kiseo pupus, skuva se i posle stavi u rernu, gde se zapece.
Dinstanje- kuvanje na slaboj vatri sa malo vode.
Mnogo je ukusno i zdravo za jelo.

In our real and meatless cabbage rolls.
Sauerkraut, potatoes, carrots, rice and black ports.
Vegetables are a first izdinsta wrapped in acid after pupus, cooked and after put in the oven, where they baked.
Stew-cooking on low heat with some water.
There are many tasty and healthy to eat.
