Great Royaldevon 2013-05-10 5:58

Hello Barnabus,

It is truly a statement building.
Sometimes, it takes time before people realise the beauty of something that has seemed expensive.
This is a wonderful building and, possibly, the people of Toronto are now viewing it with a sense of pride.

I'm so glad you were able to include people in the shot for it does reveal the immense scale. Your chosen view allows us to gain an impression of the whole, like a huge angular flower, with opening petals.

I wonder if you took some close-ups of the fabric of the building, showing its superb, abstract patterns.

My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Thanks you Bev for your comment. I added to the Workshop a close-up. I hope it is close to what you were asking.
Regards,
Barnabas

Thumbs up w/s

Hi Barnabas,

Thanks for the w/s.
I wondered if you could get a real close up on the textures.
I've had a little go to show what I meant.
Obviously it isn't great and because I've enlarged it, the focus is soft but, I hope you get what I mean.

Kind regards,
Bev
