Great emka 2019-08-03 23:49

Hello Paul, Fascinating note, I have no idea about all that. The position of women in Indian society is very low as I have read. Good that they are fighting with discrimination. You had an adventure. And I always think, what is worth the journey without some unexpected events? Wonderful view of this lake surrounded by hill. In the foreground, we see the tea plantation, as I suppose.
I think I was somewhere around. I remember well Periyar and Kumily.
tea in India - on milk and with sugar, brrr, horrible. Not to drink for me.
beautiful also the Workshop pictures. I loved the views of tea plantations.
Have a nice Sunday

Default To emka: Tea with milk and sugar

Thank you Malgo,

Yes, on the foreground there's a tea plantation.
I will show more pictures of plantations. They were often very picturesque.

In India (in the north on my earlier journeys) I learned to drink tea with milk.
I don't find it horrible anymore. In India it's difficult to avoid the sugar but at home I don't take sugar in my tea or coffee.

Best regards,
Paul
