Photographer’s Note

Bébé pygmée dans l'entrée de l'habitation faite d'écorce.

Photo prise dans le premier des deux villages pygmées rencontrés. Tous ou presque étaient très enclins à se placer devant l'objectif, ignorant que la caméra numérique leur rendrait le résultat aussitôt. Une grande surprise pour eux de s'y voir et une belle surprise pour moi que leur réaction!

Great portrait. The look of the child is really deep. Also a good composition, specially in the way you placed the baby in the frame

Great shot! I like the colors present. They all blend well togehter, and I like the green apple. The child's look is very sad, but I think that adds a lot to the photo. Your note is very interesting as well.

Good composition. The color is very warm. I can imagine this being posted on textbooks, newspapers, or magazines like Nataional Geographics. Thank you. I also like his expression very much.

Very cute kid! Nice composition, I like the simplicity, with the limited color pallette and the natural background. The contrast between the rough texture of the tree and the smooth texture of the child's skin is great!

expresion of this little girl is marvellous
and composition of this photo is very good and take our attention on this girl
but it's pitty that sharpness is before that kid.
in spite of all is uite good photo

Great picture although shame we don't see more of his hand and the apple(?) as it looks a tad disjointed. Very rich colours and very nice composition none the less.

Superb photo. The composition is great, the view of the child is intense, you certainly have her complete attention (if it is a girl?). I also love the detail with the apple (?) just protruding from the door...
