Child in the refugee field of Kibumba

Today I present the original from the first photo I post.
As I said Sibikino is a Kinyarwanda name from a boy I knew in Rwanda in 1996, suffering from Kwashiorkor (chronic lack of proteins).
The boy I present in this photo is a refugee from the refugee field of Kibumba.
I named Sibikino (one day I'll present) because the Kinyarwanda name means : Don't play with me.

Olá José,
Em termos de documentário desta triste realidade, esta foto assim completa ficou melhor, porque dá para ver (e imaginar) um pouco melhor o ambiente circundante.

Até parece que estamos noutro planeta, quando penso que este fim-de-semana pascal há uma boa porção de gente ingerindo excesso de proteínas.
