Photographer’s Note

This boat must have come from Goma. It was about to stop off at Monvu, the main port of Idjwi island before going on towards Bukavu.

A great deal of people had gathered to welcome those arriving and perhaps to sell things to those on board.

Salut Mathieu,
Ce n'est pas d'une grande qualité technique (manque de contraste)... mais rien que pour le fait que cette photo nous vienne de régions bien trop méconnues j'apprécie grandement ta contribution.
