A very compelling image even.
Daily life? not as we know it. There it's all about survival.

Não será fácil escolher a foto mais impressionante ou mais representativa desta desgraça.
Apesar de já saber o que se trata (e ler a nota), esta foto fez-me pensar de repente: porque é que aquela gente está ali? porque é que não desistem?
O ser humano é extraordinário, tanto nos bons como nos maus aspectos.
Esta foto tem outro aspecto marcante: até os animais parecem estar ali perdidos, algures num filme daqueles de cenas do fim do mundo.

The smoke, the foggy atmosphere, the dirt, the cattle, the brown water and that lonely small boy standing just in front of it... One of your bests.
Please, Jose. Keep your negatives really carefully. Please...
