Photographer’s Note

During the dry season, women from Digba spend lots of time fishing in the nearby rivers. Boys also join but usually use lines rather than nets. Generally speaking, girls (and sometimes boys) will carry the bags and take care of the caught fishes.
On this photo I liked the lines drawn by the tree truncs and the triangle formed by these tree persons.

Hi Vincent,

The triangle certainly makes a good composition, those people are doing things that we are not used to in the developed world- so we can learn something new about our world. I must admit that I actually don't like the vertical tree trunk on the left and would like to see it removed somehow...
