Photographer’s Note
Taken in the Simien Mountains National Park.
These kids are everywhere. You can drive for miles without really seeing any signs of human life except for villages in the distance, down the ravine or across a ridge, but stop for a second and you have kids running from all directions. Not sure where they come from, not sure where they live or if they even have parents, but they are a fun bunch.

Hello John,
Like ripples and furrows created on a sand dune by way of the wind, or under the sea due to the motion of the water, this face is testament to the influence of the elements. Just look at the cracks and those lines, but what clean and strong teeth. Neither a water- nor a land- but a facescape. And a self-portrait too. Very nice work.
All the best, Casper

The eye as the mirror of the mind.
Original, never thought that the eye could do that.
Through my walk in the Andes, I had the same experience with kids, appearing out of nowhere, very curious, but very shy, but eager to share new experience.
The kid skin is real looking, bravo.
