I posted pictures from this early morning shootout in Harar earlier, but felt like going back to some of my pictures from this very special town...

Yes, Nana. I recognised the style and location immediately, as I had seen your other work from this place. This one is marvellous too - the light and long shadows, the dust, the angle of view, and the warm evening colour tones. Just a superb shot of daily life.
Regards,
Andrew

Everything works well here and you get a real feel for the place.I especially like the anonymity of the people with no facial features visible. It really enhances the mood of the early morning and the impending day ahead.

Hello Nana, this is a very classic African scene with sun and dust, but here improved by the street sweepers who are whirling up even more dust, I really like them.

Hi Nana,
i love this morning light and the overall scene... as in most african countries, you find women sweeping the floor while men walk by or pretend be busy working... spectacular shot!

Bonsoir Nana,
Très belle photo sur un contre-jour bien maitrisé.
La poussière soulevée par les femmes au second plan apporte de la vie à l'ensemble.
Bravo!
