Photographer’s Note

The Mursi tribe are an African tribe from the isolated Debub Omo Zone in Southern Ethiopia near the border with Sudan. The Mursi have a reputation for being one of the more aggressive African tribes. Similar to the Hammer tribe, the Mursi tribe commonly drink a mixture of blood and milk as do other African tribes in the region.

This is a very interesting subject. I wonder, though, if color would add some more interest.

A frightening sight this warrior with the traditional symbols but modern machinery...
Very well executed with a perfect rendering of the skin texture and a good background.
An explanatoryu note woudl have been welcome.
