Photographer’s Note

a track in the La Lopé national parc, Gabon.
Typical african colours on this picture : the brown of the latérite, dust from the road on the nearby bushes, strong green of the equatorial forest, and a dark and cloudy but yet shinny sky.
The La Lopé national park was the first national park to be created in Gabon. Nowadays, more than 10% of the country is protected as national parks, making Gabon one the most advanced country in Africa for natural protection.

I really like the whole concept of the tree in the center standing by itself along with the blue-grayish sky. Very relaxing and thoughtful picture. Great shot!
