Photographer’s Note

Tanji, Gambia. The woman are collecting the fish. The women are paid with some fish they bring on land. Later on they sell some fish they earned. What is left they keep to feed the family. A colourful sceen, not without danger for the woman. And a hard life

I really like the color in this photo. Also happy the Gambia is represented. I would try adding a bit of contrast. Not sure if this would improve the photo, but it may be worth the try. Thanks for sharing.

This is a jewel of photography, and believe I'd been proud if I had taken it. Everything works well here, starting with the light. Funny it has taken so few points: Multiply mine by 10 please.

Really nice photo. Some highlights are a little blown out, but it caught my eye as being a very fresh image. Good composition and very descriptive.
