Although the family is absolutely beautiful, there is a little too much light in the top half of the picture. I don't have the expertise to offer you a workshop...

I really like the woman with ther arms out stretched she's beautiful and exudes joy. It seems a bit too light but the happiness and family pride is certainly well captured.
