Chasing Bubbles Photo

Photographer’s Note

One day at Fafraha Orphanage, we decided it was time to unleash some bubbles... I don't think they get to play with bubbles very often, if at all, and so it was fun watching them chase them and trying to catch them, like these two children are doing.

Nice composition and set-up, Leanne!

Very symbolic and really fun to watch. Kids appear to be reaching higher ground as they raise their hands pursuing the bubbles. Truly a loving picture!

Good choice of sepia-yellow, it makes the shot to appear old.

great shot of these kids. I like the crop and you captured the bubbles well. I really like the tonal treatment as well. It really works for these shots.

I think there is such a great story here with these kids. They are enjoying such a simple thing. I love simple pleasures and this is a great capture of one.
