Photographer’s Note

This shot was taken during one of our first Safaris in Amboseli Park. We found this scene nice because of this you girafe trying its first steps quite far from is parents. Parents we can see in the blur dusty background. Blured because of the car not still standing at the right moment. Framing was interesting too.

This picture is full of light and the ground is warm. I think that's the Africa looks like.
The young giraffe's eyes are exactly on the level of its parents. Like it would be observing them. So the composition is very good.
Really very good photograph!

beautiful composition, the girafe is sharp and the two others in the background; excellent framing, you have well manage that great light so colors are perfect... well done
