Photographer’s Note

Antsirabe is a very charming town in central highlands, 170km from Tana. I was only passing by on my way back to Tana when i was awestruck by the beautiful colonial architecture all around. Being a huge fan of old style buildings, the fascade of Hotel des Thermes was the most impressive one to me while traveling between Tana and Isalo.

Good capture of this beautiful colonial architecture. There ain't that many pictures on TE of colonial buildings in Africa.
Good light and colours and very nice with those clouds in the sky.

This is a well composed shot of this great architecture. The angle of the shot works very well giving the photo a nice sense of depth and direction. The clouded sky provides excellent contrast for the brightly lit building. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF.

I was there (in the hotel)not long time ago.

But your picture is excellelent, with a very god frame ,powerful colors and contrast.
