Yes - I loved that about Africa.
Good shot. Funny.
As for the picture I would probably improve it but adding something to it: somebody standing near by or a little bit of background. Whatever... but I would definitely crop it more and exlude that shade at the bottom. Add spice to it. The message is great but that's about it.
