In the last Dogon village we visited along the Bandiagara cliff, we met this crafstman producing indigo tinted fabric...he's currently spreading out it's stuff...Indigo is made with Indigofera tinctoria leaves...

Salut Marc!

J'aime immédiatement ce portrait en contre jour. Les tons chauds sont superbes et la silhouette se découpe très élégamment.L'acuité est fantastique. Par contre, je ne comprends pas franchement ton cadrage. Le tas informe et flou à l'arrière-plan, en bas, n'apporte, à mon sens, pas grand chose, même en sachant que c'est de l'indigo. Je viens de tenter un Ws pour voir. Dis-moi ce que tu en penses.

beautiful image and interesting portrait.
nice POV for express side view of the man in silouette present only outline of his face.the beauty of light give a benefit to image from BG that made this man more attractive and outstanding from BG.
overall colors scheme are nice and get together well accent only neat pattern that made this shot charming:)

How many pure amateurs can realize such a vision?
A composition written with light and most delightful colors! And for a silhouette geek like me, this one is more than a feast enough for looking at. Even his eyelids are visible!!!
