Photographer’s Note

Asilah is a nice little town on the Atlantic coast just about 50 km south of Tangier. It is really clean white-washed town with very quiet and tranquil feel.

Hello Eino,

Your pov along the line of houses gives a good sense of perspective as well as leading nicely into the shot.
You have added interest by giving maximum contrast to the differing colours and textures.
The focus is sharp and you have used the light well; there is no oe on those white walls!

what a spectacular view of this splendid town in Morocco.
I like a lot the fine POV and the white walls in contrast with the blue sky.

Hello Eino,
It looks like the houses have been painted very recently. The white and the blue of the houses create an interesting and strong contrast with the brown wall protecting them from the sea.

Just look like the color of greek residential quarter, even the floor also in artistic patterns, good pov to show the architectures built on the border of sea, distinct color, good shoot.

nice perspective and POV of this beautiful little town that is found on the Atlantic coast.With the first glance in the the thumbnail, i was thought that this place was in Greece.Great the contrast between the blue and the white,as the sharpness and the clarity of the scene.Well done.

the light and the colors are fantastic and it is not only the atmosphere of relaxation (as mentioned in your note) that makes this impression very attractive it is also this strange perspective. This is North African beauty per excellence which reminds me of the artwork of Paul Klee. TFS!

Fine architecture. But also very nice clarity, sharpness and colors. The wide perspective is right on. Interesting experimenting with the frames. I`d leave them of the same width though, but its interesting to see.

this little town is definitely a nice part of the world, your photo is convincing. I like also the composition. I have made some slight modifications to enhance the effect ot the snow white walls and the contrasting dark brown coast, in the WS you will find the result.
