Photographer's Note
I usually try to be on the spot before the night has come, and use some available light for less contrast. But here the light source comes from the stalls, and some of the people around start becoming silhouettes.
Another problem I always encounter is about the heads of constantly moving people, and I remember I patiently waited until they would no block each other. Instead of using a tripod, difficult to handle in a crowded market, I increased the ISO to 500.

Rien qu'à voir cette photo, on imagine l'ambiance du lieu, le bruit, les odeurs des épices et des olives, le mouvement incessant.
Effectivement, cela ne doit pas être facile de réussir cette photo.
Bravo,
Yannick

The scene is beautiful as usual, Izzet. Interesting your note. I like people blurred because moving, but I suppose that you don't.
Here I see a warm yellow light, and a scene that could belong to any century if there were not electric lamps.
Bellissimo - we say in Italian!!

Again an atmospheric and moody impression from the market, Izzet. The place looks busy without seeming to crowded, and we get a good view towards the orderly piles and stacks of colorful merchandise - I imagine the smells and scents in the market must be quite remarkable. Good technical quality at ISO 500 and the white balance seems to be fine, too. Have a nice weekend.

A good night market image - full of atmosphere & activity. The lighting from the array of bulbs is actually pretty good & the colours of the stalls, wares & people are also pretty good here.

Lovely photo, Izzet, all those backs and just the faces of the shopkeepers. Very nice light and color. I particularly like the posture of that woman customers...

Hi Izzet.
I think that there is no problem with the heads or with the people, but the lights are overexposed.
Anyway, a good and interesting picture.
Regards.

Well Izzet I can clearly see the benefits of owning a D200 from the results in this scene. You certainly captured the lighting well in this scene. Also your patience paid off in capturing a nice flowing arrangement of people at this market. I really like this one of yours. Cheers!

I think you have done it very well. I always like the ambience found in markets and this one is no different. You managed a very still picture with nice colors and a good POV.

Hi Izzet,
Great life and colour in this market scene. You have done well to shoot this indoor photo so clearly.
