Photographer’s Note
Another photo from the beautiful Dades area, this time without a Kasbah in sight.
I was attracted to this scene by the vivid contrasts between the verdant green of early spring crops, the pinks of some of the buildings and the colours of the more desolate hill sides of the Atlas range in the background. The sky was a bit pale (middle of the day) so I sued a polarising filter.

Hi Ian,
I was looking at Dades 4 and realised I'd missed Dades 3, so here I am.
You've really captured Morocco in this shot, it is such a land of contrasts around the Quarzazate area, desert and oasis, red dirt and then green.
I love the buildings scattered throughout the shot.
Nice one.
