I was visiting the Medersa in the Meknes Medina. I noticed the effects of the light breaking through the wooden windows..so I start shooting some pics in order to get this image. Since I was (and partially, I am still) an absolute beginner, I don know how I succeed in catching this image..therefore feel free to criticize it. I would be extremly happy if somebody just says: "nice idea".

Yes, excellent idea, but the picture size could be bigger to give a sharper, more detailed picture. You could also add some saturation, maybe.

mi piace moltissimo come hai catturato i fasci di luce, "nice idea"!
Il formato è un po' piccolo, risalterebbe di più con un'altra dimanesione.

Sometimes when folk comment on a photo I took and posted a long while ago, it pops up in my critique list and I think "what that's - oh yes, its one of mine!" You may be thinknig that now! Or maybe you have a better memory - and this one is quite memorable, I think.
Bello questo scattino...peccato che non avevi la D40 ancora!! sono stato anche io in Marocco ... ma ho tutto su pellicola, un giorno mi metterò a scansionare...

I think this is a nice effect. We can see the windows from the inside and outside at the same time. The rays of light create the real point of interest for me. Thanks, Reid
