Hi J.
Well seen the detail of the kid's clothes. Maybe too centered?

Hi Jerzy
very good composition from El Jadida.
Excellent POV, colours and sharpness
I like how you framed the picture. Great contrast between the strong colours of the boy and soft colours of the background
TFS and greetings

Witaj.
No ale dobre.

Bardzo fajny kontrast kolorystyczny, juz w miniaturze przyciaga uwage, dobry strzal chociaz model moze zbyt centralnie ulokowany ale to drobiazg. Podoba mi sie. Bdb jakosc.

Olá Jerzy, fascinating place and architecture in pastel colors. The contrast with the strong portuguese colors of the kid is impressive. He is obviously too centered, but I agree that this wouldn't be the same without him. Good finding.

Hi Jerzy, what a contrast of colours here! I would maybe crop somewhat from below.
Cheers

Witaj,
A wystarczyło dać chłopcu zrobić trzy kroki. See WS.
Pozdrawiam.

Hi Jerzy,
great picture. Great colors, I suppose you used PP to selectively increase the clothes.
Best wishes

Hi Jerzy,
Wonderful capture,I enjoy it very much!
The lonely child contrasting the colors of the old city and the foggy situations made the image very attractive!Congrats for this one, very atmospheric!

Hi Jerzy
Funny situation for this little boy on the roof. The contrast of colors is nice. It's well done

I imagine that this was quite a quick grab shot, and although it's very easy to make suggestions when sitting here in front of a monitor, and quite different when you're out in the world taking photographs, I'm going to make a few suggestions anyway!
First thing that springs to mind is that the boy is too central, and a bit too small in the frame with too much space around him. I'd also have preferred a shallower depth of field so that he stood out from the busy background.
I think using a moderate tele lens (85mm to 135mm 'ish) would have worked well here, going in closer on the boy, placing him to the left side of the frame, and using a wide enough aperture to throw the city backdrop out of focus while retaining enough detail to show us the context of the place.
I like the contrast between his bright clothing and the faded washed-out colours of the buildings.
Interesting work Jerzy.
Cheers,
Ben
I agreed with some of what Ben, Oscar, and, apparently, Jan, had to say. I like the view, but I'm not sure this is quite right. In any case, I felt the colors were oversaturated. So, I tried a little workshop. Presumptuous of me. Hope you don't mind. (But the idea is inspired -- the Portuguese garrison and the kid in the Força Portugal uniform. LOL. Very amusing.) Geometry of patterns and human elements merge here to a fascinating image, color enhancing the desolate beauty and the boy's world. Wonderful photography.

Hi Jerzy,
beside some constructive critics which have been made I like this one very much, the vivid and dark hues of the boy opposed to the clear, sunny and interesting background... thanks for sharing!
Heeey,
I can see the light but I also can smell the air in your picture. How do you do this ?
Great one again, after you nobody will dare to go to Morocco again, for pictures.
I am impatient about more news about your trip to Turkey. Unfortunately it is a week prior to my wife's hip replacement operation, and the spirits at home will not leave me out of Istanbul for a long excursion. Perhaps we can arrange a daily excursion to the lakes of YEDIGOLLER for fall colors.

Hello Jerzy,
We use to say here in Portugal that at any place we go there is a portuguese there. On this photo there is no portuguese person but a portuguese jersey:) It remembered me when the tsunami took place one of the survivors of it a small kid (indonesian I think) had a portuguese jersey with him also. Looking at this roof tops I was remembering a movie I've seen some days ago (Bourne ultimatum) where some of the scenes took place on the roof of a Moroccan city just like these ones.
Once again youcaptured nice colours and textures on these moroccan walls, so attractive!
Cheers.
Paulo
